Having suffered with my skin for years, I understand how upsetting and uncomfortable it can be not to feel yourself in your own skin.
I want to help you achieve healthy and happy skin and importantly, understand what works for you. So, I tailor treatments to you as nobodies skin is the same. Whether you are suffering from hormonal breakouts, dry/dehydrated skin or would just like some time to relax and be pampered I want to help!
Skin consultations are really important to help me understand your skin history and what your aim is going forwards. It’s not just about what you put on your skin, it’s a huge organ, so other factors such as diet, lifestyle and stress can all have an effect. We talk beyond products to see if we can link any of these life factors which may be attributable your skin concerns. Based on this, I build a personalised holistic treatment using non invasive methods from the products I use, to the facial techniques and the areas we target.
Products & Techniques
Being sustainable is really important to me and I have hand selected products from brands that combine science and nature with ingredients that are kindest to your skin as well as minimising their environmental impact. The products I use in my facials are all cruelty free and from brands that such as Ren, Pai, Olixa, Nini Organics, Skin and Tonic, Ede and Biossance. All facial’s include high performance product layering that’s tailored to you, such as cleansers, toners, exfoliators, masks, serums and oils. I love discovering new brands and products that work, so this list will be forever changing if I find something better!
I use techniques such as facial massage, manual lymphatic drainage, intra-oral and sculptural massage that is great for waking up the skin, draining fluid, releasing tension and rejuvenating the face. It creates the perfect experience for you and your skin. I also use beauty tools like Gua Sha, crystal mushrooms and cryo sticks to lift, tone, brighten and de-puff the skin by stimulating muscle tissue to improve the circulation of blood. A great natural way to buff away fine lines and wrinkles. All this helps you achieve healthy, happier, glowing skin. Upgrade treatments with non-invasive electrical beauty equipment such as LED light therapy, high frequency, microcurrent and ultra sonic cleaning to deeply cleanse, rejuvenate and tone the face.
Some treatments include a foot or hand massage and/or head, neck and shoulder massage making it a full body experience. Helping to reduce stress and reconnecting your mind and body.

My popular Signature treatment is an immersive experience for the senses and promotes an immediate sense of calm and balance in your body and mind.
This treatment starts with a consultation to learn about your skin’s past, present and future goals. The treatment is then tailored to your needs, combining facial massage, lymphatic drainage. Using high performance product layering throughout such as cleansers, mists, serums, masks, oils and moisturisers. Accompanied by a head, neck and shoulder massage.
Depending on your skins needs beauty tools such as gua sha, crystal mushrooms, cryo sticks and LED light therapy may also be included within the time.

The Sculpt, Lift & Release Facial

This advanced treatment combines sculptural & intra-oral facial massage using precise lifting, stretching, toning, sculpting & draining massage techniques tailored to your needs.
Working deep into the face muscles and across the neck/chest (think of this facial as a deep tissue massage for the face). Combining Eastern European techniques that are inspired by Kobido & Yakov Gerskovich's method to sculpt the face & release tension. Wearing sterile gloves I also work inside the mouth on the buccal (chewing) muscles to release tension in the jaw. Finished with red LED light therapy to aid skin rejuvenation.
Depending on your skins needs facial cups or micro current may also be included within the time.

Clean & Calm Facial

An advanced facial treatment using high performance electrical facial equipment to deeply cleanse and rejuvenate the skin.
Following a cleanse, this may include a combination of steaming, ultra sonic cleansing, high frequency and LED light therapy depending on your skins needs. I may apply a face mask or spend some time doing lymphatic drainage to remove toxins.
This facial is designed to deeply cleanse and decongest the skin, as well as stimulate blood flow, drawing oxygen to the skin. It helps rejuvenate dull and tired skin to leave you glowing.

Based on the popular Signature Facial this treatment is adapted to support you during your pregnancy and breast feeding journey and the changes your skin may experience along the way.
It starts with a consultation to learn about your skin’s past, present and future goals. The treatment is then tailored to your needs, combining facial massage and lymphatic drainage. Using high performance products throughout that are pregnancy/breastfeeding safe such as cleansers, mists, serums, masks, oils and moisturisers. Accompanied by a head, neck and shoulder massage.
Depending on your needs beauty tools such as gua sha, crystal mushrooms, cryo sticks or a cooling stone mask with a hand massage may also be included within the time.
The treatment bed is adjustable to ensure you are comfortable throughout the facial.
